Kitchen Assistant

Position Overview: - The Kitchen Assistant will support kitchen operations by assisting chefs with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring high hygiene standards in line with the resort’s hospitality requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient handling - Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment - Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen tools as required - Ensure proper storage of food items and supplies - Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times - Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods Requirements: - Minimum of SSCE qualification - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Good hygiene practices and attention to cleanliness - Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team - Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is an advantage.
