## Title: Key Account Officer – Sales & Business Development
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Officer to join our Sales and Business Development Department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients. We are looking for a proactive, client-focused professional who can build trust, ensure client satisfaction, and drive business growth through excellent account management and service delivery oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty
- Track delivery and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery processes
- Provide clients with regular updates on their deliveries and overall account performance
- Conduct periodic client reviews to gather feedback and recommend improvements
- Develop strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction
- Work towards meeting revenue targets and business growth objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields
- 1 – 2 years of experience in customer relations or sales (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce)
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of logistics, delivery services, or supply chain management (an advantage)
