## Title: Key Account Manager
About the Role
Fadac Resources seeks a dedicated Key Account Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen partnerships in the renewable energy sector. Based in Lagos, you will manage key accounts, develop sales strategies, and oversee market execution for Luminous Solar products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain structured sales funnels for key accounts, identifying high-potential clients (homeowners, SMEs) and nurturing them through the sales process
- Proactively identify and manage leads through direct outreach, digital platforms, and market research to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities
- Collaborate with installer-partners to facilitate seamless deal closures, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely project execution
- Oversee partner stock levels to ensure availability of Luminous Solar products and maintain consistent branding positioning across partner channels
- Design and execute sell-out strategies, including promotions, demos, and events, to boost partner sales and enhance market visibility
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partner performance, providing regular reports to the Product Category Head (PCH) to inform strategic decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, leveraging a solution-selling approach to address client needs and drive repeat business
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) sales, preferably in consumer durables or renewable energy sectors (e.g., solar panels, inverters)
- Experience with Nigeria's consumer durables market and D2C sales strategies
- Proven track record in creating sales funnels, prospecting, and closing leads with partners
- Strong understanding of solution-selling and technical upselling
Preferred Skills & Certifications
- Familiarity with solar energy companies and the renewable energy sector
- Certification in sales, renewable energy, or CRM tools
- Experience with CRM platforms and digital sales tools
