Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated NYSC Corps Member with a strong interest in sales and customer service to join our team as a Key Account/Customer Service Intern. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, growth-driven, and customer-focused. This is a full-time, on-site role with immediate resumption.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support and handle inquiries professionally
- Assist in managing and supporting key customer accounts
- Support sales activities, follow-ups, and customer relationship management
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely feedback
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
Requirements
- Currently serving NYSC Corps Member
- Interest in sales, key account management, and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work full-time on-site
- Available to resume immediately
