Junior Quantity Surveyor

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to support our commercial and project teams in cost estimation, measurement, and financial management of construction projects. This role is ideal for a graduate or entry-level Quantity Surveyor seeking practical experience in project costing and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and tender documents
• Conduct site measurements and prepare quantity take-offs
• Support cost control, budgeting, and expenditure tracking for projects
• Assist in preparing valuations, progress reports, and final accounts
• Monitor variations and claims under the supervision of a senior QS
• Liaise with site teams, contractors, and suppliers as required
• Maintain proper documentation and records of project costs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Graduate Quantity Surveyor (NYSC pending or completed)
• Basic knowledge of construction costing and contract administration
• Good communication and numerical skills
