Junior Marketing & Sales Officer

Position Overview

Join a leading organization as a Junior Marketing & Sales Officer. You will be responsible for promoting existing product lines, supporting new product launches, and identifying market opportunities through research and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and drive sales of the company's existing product lines across assigned markets
• Support and execute the launch of new products, ensuring effective market entry and visibility
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, consumer insights, and emerging industry trends
• Develop and recommend actionable marketing strategies aligned with sales and business objectives
• Propose strategic initiatives and system improvements to enhance sales and marketing performance
• Monitor competitor activities and contribute to sustaining the company's competitive advantage
• Prepare and submit daily activity and performance reports
• Maintain close, ongoing collaboration with suppliers for coordination, updates, and support

Requirements & Qualifications

• NCE or OND qualification
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in one of the following industries:
  • Clothing & Fashion
  • 3C Gadgets
  • Beauty & Skincare
  • Hardware & Building Materials
  • Solar Products
  • Home Appliances
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and research abilities with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and meet sales and marketing targets
• Must own a smartphone (Android or iPhone) for work-related communication

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross Salary: ₦150,000 (Base salary + performance pay + sales bonus + commission)
• Tiered sales commission structure
