Role Description

As a Junior Finance Officer at Alert Microfinance Bank, you will assist in preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will analyze financial data, support reporting processes, and contribute to maintaining an effective financial management system.

Required Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong Finance knowledge and skills, including the ability to prepare and understand financial statements
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting with keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly developed Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience or internship in a financial setting
