About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our architectural team. You will perform all phases of architectural work, from initial planning and design development through execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of architectural work including planning, design development, and execution of construction projects
• Take project briefs to identify client needs and prepare feasibility reports and design proposals
• Develop schematic drawings, presentation drawings, 3D renders, and final construction documents
• Control project progress from concept to completion, ensuring quality, functionality, and innovation
• Produce detailed blueprints and specifications, ensuring adherence to building codes and standards
• Manage budgets and timelines while maintaining high-quality output
• Conduct site visits to review project progress and report findings
• Collaborate and coordinate with consultants, engineers, and construction professionals
• Stay current with architectural trends, design technologies, and sustainable practices
• Research and apply creative solutions to improve design efficiency and aesthetics

Required Qualifications

• M.Sc Degree in Architecture from a reputable university
• 2 years post-NYSC professional experience
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in architectural design, documentation, and site coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certification in Building Information Modelling (BIM) or related design software
• Prior experience with architectural consulting firms

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 (based on experience and skill level)
