Role Description - This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Accountant based in Lagos. - The Junior Accountant will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial reports, maintaining accurate financial records, and performing account reconciliations. - Daily tasks include processing invoices, supporting monthly and annual financial closings, preparing tax filings, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. - The role also involves collaborating with other departments to support operational efficiency. Required Qualifications: - Strong financial and accounting skills, including preparation of financial reports, account reconciliation, and tax filing - Proficiency in financial analysis and the use of accounting software - Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Effective communication and teamwork abilities - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is advantageous but not required
