IT Support Officer (Intern) at GN128 Solutions

About the Role

We are recruiting an IT Support Officer (Intern) to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in IT support while providing technical assistance to our project teams. You will work with IT Hardware, Computer Networking, and Windows Operating Systems, while developing your IT skills under the guidance of our experienced team.

Core Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer operating systems and applications
• Configure Internet routers and connect laptops to LAN
• Test and ensure applications function as required
• Monitor and maintain computer systems
• Provide technical assistance to project teams
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair IT hardware issues and faults
• Resolve network issues
• Repair and replace hardware equipment where necessary
• Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Complete reporting and administrative duties

Required Qualifications

• Minimum HND or OND in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 6 months of professional IT experience
• Experience in desktop/technical support
• Knowledge of hardware maintenance and networking
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must live within 30 minutes commuting distance to Ikeja
