IT Support at Artee Group

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified IT Support Specialist to provide technical support across our group companies. You will be responsible for resolving IT issues efficiently while maintaining service level agreements and minimizing business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second level technical support for group companies through phone and remote access
• Work with the Service Desk to resolve issues logged by end-users within required service level parameters
• Troubleshoot IT problems and identify the source of issues (hardware, software, end-user access, etc.)
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to resolve issues in a timely manner with minimal business disruption
• Follow up on issues to ensure root-cause resolution
• Provide first level support for business applications
• Document all issues, events, and resolution steps accurately
• Log all problems into the Service Desk system in a timely manner
• Ensure application-related issues are resolved promptly
• Assist with coordination of hardware and software deployments and testing of new software releases
• Maintain stocks of consumables, printers, and accessories
• Liaise with service providers to maintain optimal service usage and monitor SLAs
• Conduct periodic user training on applications, hardware, and equipment usage
