About the Role

A leading real estate company is seeking an experienced IT & Social Media Manager (Consultant) to work on a flexible, non-staff consultancy basis. You will be the go-to expert for resolving IT challenges, managing the company's social media platforms, and helping connect with clients online.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support including troubleshooting hardware, software, email, and network issues
• Manage social media pages across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
• Develop and post engaging real estate content
• Run and monitor ad campaigns to generate quality leads
• Ensure data security and system backups
• Deliver monthly performance reports and recommendations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in IT support combined with social media management
• Ability to work independently and deliver solutions quickly
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with real estate or sales-driven industries is a plus
• Available on a consultancy retainer basis (non-full-time staff position)
