Responsibilities

• Maintain the organization's computer systems, networks, and hardware to ensure smooth, efficient operations and security
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, applications, and other IT infrastructure
• Monitor, analyze, and manage LANs, WANs, and cloud platforms
• Implement and manage IT security protocols to protect systems and data from threats and vulnerabilities
• Provide a safe and healthy environment and follow safeguarding procedures

Requirements

• Expertise in operating systems, networking, hardware, software applications, and cloud platforms
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and system outages
