I.T Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Major Responsibilites - Provide technical support for all staff (systems, software, hardware, and networking). - Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot company networks, internet connectivity, and internal systems. - Manage and update the e-commerce website backend and ensure smooth online operations. - Install, configure, and upgrade software, applications, and devices. - Oversee data backup, cybersecurity measures, and IT policies. - Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely repair or replacements. - Support digital payment systems, POS machines, and platform integrations. - Collaborate with other departments to improve workflow through technology. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements where needed. Requirements: - HND / BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. - 2–4 years experience in IT support or related roles (experience in e-commerce is an added advantage). - Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting. - Good understanding of e-commerce platforms, CMS, and online tools. - Basic knowledge of database management and web operations. - Familiarity with cybersecurity practices. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to technical issues.
