IT Officer

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Core Responsibilities The IT Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day management and improvement of the school’s IT operations, including but not limited to: - Managing the school’s IT infrastructure, including emails, domains, networks, devices, and systems - Providing hands-on support for hardware and software operations - Implementing basic security measures, access control, and system organization - Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring timely problem resolution - Proactively improving systems, processes, and documentation - Ensuring reliability, efficiency, and continuity of IT services across the school Required Competencies The ideal candidate must be: - Technically competent with solid knowledge of both software and hardware systems - Highly proactive and solution-oriented - Structured, reliable, and detail-focused - Able to work independently with minimal supervision - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced school and office environment Experience: Requirements - Proven, hands-on experience managing real IT environments is required - Prior experience in a school or similar institutional setting is an advantage What We Offer - A professional and structured working environment - Opportunity to take ownership of and improve critical systems - Competitive remuneration based on experience
