IT Officer

Role Summary - We are seeking a skilled IT Officer to manage ORÍKÌ’s IT systems, provide technical support, ensure system security, and maintain seamless digital operations across all locations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, and software across HQ and spa locations - Provide first- and second-level technical support to staff - Support onboarding/offboarding and user account management - Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures - Liaise with IT vendors, manage assets, and oversee equipment maintenance - Monitor system performance and prepare IT reports Requirements: - B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field - 2–3 years’ experience in IT support or systems administration - Experience with POS, ERP/HR systems, and cloud-based tools is a plus - Strong troubleshooting, networking, and cybersecurity knowledge - Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team. Salary N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
