About the Role

Royal Power and Energy Limited is seeking a qualified IT Manager to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to manage our comprehensive IT operations and support our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Networking

• Manage and maintain all company infrastructure and Internet Service Providers (ISPs)
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and internal networking systems to ensure reliable connectivity
• Oversee video conferencing systems to ensure optimal performance and availability
• Monitor internet speed, implement access controls, and ensure consistent network performance

Hardware & Systems Management

• Provide support for laptops, desktops, and remote server issues
• Ensure timely maintenance, upgrades, and replacements of IT hardware
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and accessories

Software & User Support

• Offer user assistance for software-related issues and system access
• Provide expert support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Office applications
• Manage and support Odoo ERP, including:
  • Onboarding of new users
  • Creation and management of user accounts
  • Resolution of operational issues and workflow problems
• Manage Syncroteam onboarding and support for all new and existing users

Qualifications & Experience

• HND or B.Sc Degree
• 7 - 12 years of work experience in IT management or related field
