As our IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our IT systems to support seamless operations across the hotel and restaurant. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all IT systems, including POS, inventory management, customer relationship management, and scheduling software
- Ensure smooth connectivity and functionality of networks, Wi-Fi, and AV equipment
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize downtime during operations
- Collaborate with team members to provide technical support and training as needed
- Implement and monitor data security measures to protect customer and business information
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend upgrades to improve operational efficiency
- Support digital marketing efforts by maintaining website and social media integration tools
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement and maintenance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in managing POS systems and hotel, restaurant, and lounge technology tools
- Strong knowledge of networking, data security, and system optimization
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work during nighttime, holidays, and weekends as per business requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
