About the Role

We are seeking a qualified IT Manager to lead our technology operations and team. You will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, overseeing technology projects, and ensuring systems reliability and security across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor IT staff, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations
• Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hybrid and cloud systems to ensure reliability and uptime
• Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects within scope, time, and budget
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Implement and maintain IT security measures
• Manage vendor relationships for IT hardware and software procurement
• Assist in preparing and managing the IT department's budget
• Maintain IT systems documentation, procedures, and policies
• Provide user support and ensure IT operations comply with relevant laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience managing IT systems and teams
• Strong expertise in networking, databases, and programming
• Experience with hybrid and cloud infrastructure
• Ability to develop and implement IT policies aligned with business objectives
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management systems
• Prior experience in the QSR/Food and Beverage industry
