IT Graduate Trainee

Position Overview: - To support the IT team in maintaining computer systems, networks, and applications while gaining hands-on experience and developing practical IT skills. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-level IT support to users (hardware, software, and network issues) - Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals - Support basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issues - Assist with system updates, backups, and data security tasks - Document IT procedures, incidents, and resolutions - Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior IT staff. Required Qualifications: & Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and computer hardware - Fundamental understanding of networking concepts is an advantage - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies - Good communication and teamwork skills.
