Investor Relations Manager at Strivo Labs

About the Role

We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager to manage relationships with investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders by ensuring transparent communication, accurate reporting, and strong investor confidence that supports business growth and fundraising strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's investor relations strategy
• Serve as the main point of contact for current and potential investors
• Prepare investor presentations, quarterly/annual reports, and performance updates
• Manage investor communications, including newsletters, briefing calls, and updates
• Support fundraising activities by preparing pitch decks, financial models, and due diligence documents
• Analyze financial trends, competitor performance, and market developments to brief investors
• Partner with the finance team to ensure accuracy of financial reporting and disclosures
• Plan and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and events
• Track and manage investor inquiries, feedback, and relationship history
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–7 years' experience in investor relations, corporate finance, financial analysis, or related roles
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or investment management
