## Title: Investment Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Investment Sales Manager to lead investor acquisition, relationship management, and fundraising for private debt and structured investment products across Nigeria and West Africa.

This role is ideal for a well-networked professional with a strong background in wealth management, private banking, or investment product sales within financial institutions or fintech platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, engage, and onboard high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporates, and institutional investors
  • Leverage your personal and professional network to drive investor demand and capital-raising activities
  • Lead investor presentations, product pitches, and fundraising campaigns for private placement and structured investment products
  • Manage the full investor lifecycle — from onboarding through transaction execution to relationship retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design competitive investment products and ensure smooth transaction operations
  • Monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve product positioning and investor strategies
  • Ensure compliance with SEC and CBN regulations while maintaining accurate investor documentation
  • Generate regular reports on fundraising progress, pipeline updates, and investor performance metrics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business-related field
  • 7–10 years of experience in investment sales, private banking, or capital markets within a financial institution or fintech
  • Proven success in raising capital from HNIs and institutional investors through structured investment products
  • Strong understanding of private debt, fixed-income, and alternative yield instruments

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, ACA, ACCA, or similar professional certifications
