## Title: Investment Advisor, Luxury Real Estate
Position Overview
SOW Real Estate Limited is seeking a highly skilled and polished Investment Advisor for our premium marketing team. This role is designed for a professional with an established high-net-worth clientele and a passion for selling luxury real estate in prime locations across Abuja.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a strong client base of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and premium investors
- Source, engage, and successfully close high-value transactions with high-net-worth clients
- Successfully close high-value deals from ₦50 million and above
- Market and sell luxury and high-value real estate properties across prime locations
- Provide expert investment advice tailored to the needs of HNIs and discerning clients
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on luxury property trends and opportunities
- Develop and present investment proposals with clear value propositions
- Ensure a premium client experience that aligns with SOW Real Estate's luxury standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in luxury sales, investment advisory, or real estate consulting
- Established access or exposure to a network of high-net-worth individuals (strong advantage)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Confident, polished, and professional demeanor suitable for high-level client interactions
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, especially in the luxury market
