Inventory/Order Processing Officer

Requirements: - HND/BSc in any relevant field. - Experience in E-commerce operations, inventory, or order processing is an added advantage. - Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory/order management software. - Ability to work under pressure and multitask. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES - Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. - Monitor stock levels and ensure products are always available for customer orders. - Receive, verify, and process customer orders across online platforms. - Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders. - Coordinate with logistics/delivery team to ensure timely fulfilment. - Update order status, follow up on delayed deliveries, and resolve issues. - Handle order modifications, returns, replacements, and cancellations.
