## Title: Inventory Supervisor

Role Summary

We seek a dedicated Inventory Supervisor to manage, track, and optimize all project materials, equipment, and consumables. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping, proper material issuance, and adequate stock levels to support uninterrupted project execution.

Working under the coordination of the Head of Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain, you will maintain inventory accuracy, ensure zero stockouts of critical materials, and maintain full traceability of all inbound and outbound items while adhering to safety and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control and Documentation

  • Maintain up-to-date records of all materials, equipment, and supplies received, stored, and issued
  • Conduct daily and weekly physical stock counts, reconciling with system records to maintain accuracy
  • Establish and enforce proper documentation procedures for receipts, transfers, and usage of materials
  • Ensure that all materials are properly labeled, stored, and easily traceable by batch, type, and usage area

Material Tracking and Reporting

  • Track materials from procurement through delivery and issuance at site, ensuring full visibility and accountability
  • Generate inventory status reports and consumption summaries for management and project coordination teams
  • Monitor reorder levels and notify procurement/logistics teams to replenish critical items before stockouts occur
  • Track order fulfillment and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries

Warehouse and Site Store Management

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the site warehouse, including receiving, storage, and issuance of materials
  • Implement best practices for warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance
  • Monitor material handling and loading/unloading to prevent losses or damage
  • Ensure proper segregation of materials
