## Title: Inventory/Receiving Manager

About the Role

Fort Knox Group is seeking a qualified Inventory/Receiving Manager to oversee all inbound goods and materials operations in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the receipt of inbound goods and materials
  • Verify supplier deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Ensure accurate documentation and system entries for all received items
  • Conduct quality checks to confirm goods meet required standards
  • Reconcile vendor deliveries and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Maintain high inventory accuracy and compliance with internal controls
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams as required

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years relevant experience in receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations
  • HND or BSc in a relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Experience with vendor reconciliation and quality checks
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Relevant professional certifications (added advantage)

Compensation
