Inventory Officer at Kaplo Africa

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Responsibilities - Communicate price changes to branch (es) if and when it occurs. - Transfer all verified and price tagged products to branch (es) and Sections. - Generate barcodes for all products without barcodes. - Do return of products at assigned branch(es) on Quick Books, print transfer papers for the items to be moved to HQ. - Ensure that the supplier is informed of the returns within 48 hours of supply and returned products gets to suppliers within 5 days after supply. - Ensure that all transfers get to assigned branch twice weekly, Tuesdays and Fridays. - Log in the Product Sent Log Sheet, the date, time and number of cartons sent to assigned branch. - Ensure no product is over/under stocked at assigned branch(es) to maintain optimal stock. - If you are highly organized, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running, this role is for you.
