Inventory Officer

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inventory Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, tracking, and controlling the flow of a company\'s supplies and products to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained, discrepancies are minimized, and operations run efficiently. Responsibility: -  Receive and Store Goods: Receive incoming goods, store them appropriately, and ensure they are issued correctly. - Manage Stock Levels: Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supplies are available. - Distribute Supplies: Distribute supplies from stock as needed by different departments. - Maintain Stock Records: Keep accurate stock records using both manual and computerized systems. - Coordinate Inventory Functions: Use Excel sheets to coordinate and track inventory functions. - Track Inventory Movements: Monitor the movement of materials and products in and out of the inventory through accurate record-keeping. - Store Management: Keep track of goods and supplies within the store, ensuring everything is properly organized and accessible. Relevant work experience/Qualification: - Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field. - Experience: 2 – 3 years of working experience in a related field. - Proficiency in inventory software, ERP system, Microsoft Suite ( Excel, word, Outlook) - Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and other departments. Salary & Benefit - Salary: N170,000 -N200,000 - Pension - HMO - Annual Leave & Allowance
