Inventory Officer

Position Overview: - The Inventory Officer manages the receipt, storage, issuance, and control of MEP materials and equipment to ensure accurate stock records, material availability for projects, and minimal loss or wastage. Key Responsibilities: - Receive, inspect, and record MEP materials and equipment. - Issue materials based on approved requisitions. - Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels. - Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances. - Monitor re-order levels and support procurement planning. - Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO practices. - Prepare basic inventory reports and support audits. Requirements: - BSc in a relevant field i.e Supply Management, Busines Administration. - 3+ years experience in inventory or storekeeping (MEP/construction preferred). - Knowledge of MEP materials and inventory systems. - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Good attention to detail and integrity.
