Job Responsibilities - Oversees and manages inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability - Tracks stock movement, usage, and replenishment across all departments or outlets - Implements inventory control systems to minimize waste, loss, and stock discrepancies - Conducts regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations - Coordinates with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely restocking - Analyzes inventory data to forecast demand and plan future stock needs - Ensures proper storage, handling, and organization of all inventory items - Prepares inventory reports and provides updates to management - Investigates and resolves inventory variances, shortages, or overstock issues - Ensures compliance with company policies and inventory management standards.
