We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Inventory / Buying Officer to handle procurement, supplier coordination, and ensure the supermarket maintains optimal stock levels and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for quality products.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Track stock levels and reorder timelines.
- Maintain supplier records and purchase databases.
- Collaborate with finance and operations on restocking plans.
Requirements:
- B.Sc/ND in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ procurement or inventory experience.
- Excellent negotiation and record-keeping skills.
- Proactive and organized individual.
