Partnership & Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, agents, and strategic partners.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and international business forums.
  • Negotiate agreements, contracts, and terms with local partners.
Sales & Revenue Growth::
  • Drive international sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Develop pricing strategies, proposals, and tenders tailored to different regions.
  • Monitor and report on global sales performance, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
Regulatory & Compliance Oversight:
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, trade regulations, and international standards.
  • Oversee documentation for exports, imports, and cross-border business activities.
  • Mitigate risks related to political, financial, or regulatory issues.
Cross-Cultural Leadership:
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal, finance) to ensure seamless international execution.

Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:

Requirements
  • Degree in Chemistry or Engineering
  • MBA would be an added advantage
