## Title: Internal Sales and Marketing Executive – Real Estate
About the Role
Tribitat Real Estate Limited is seeking a full-time, contract-based Internal Sales & Marketing Executive to support and drive sales operations in Lagos. The ideal candidate is experienced, confident, and proactive—capable of managing both self-generated and company-provided leads with strong sales execution and client relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Identify, source, and manage new leads from multiple channels
- Promote and sell Tribitat's property offerings to prospective clients
- Conduct property tours, follow-ups, negotiations, and close sales
- Prepare proposals, offers, and sales documentation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop and implement personal marketing strategies
- Leverage social media, networking, and referrals for client acquisition
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to boost brand visibility and conversion
- Stay updated on market insights, competitor activities, and pricing trends
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Estate Management, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in real estate sales or marketing
- Demonstrated ability to generate and convert leads effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong understanding of the Lagos real estate market (Lekki, VI, Ikoyi, etc.)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to deliver measurable results within the contract period
