About the Role

We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented Internal Control Officer to join our banking operations team. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of internal control procedures, risk management practices, and regulatory expectations within a microfinance or commercial banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 0–3 years of relevant experience in internal control, risk management, or banking operations
• HND or B.A./B.Sc. qualification
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
