Internal Control Officer

About the Role - We are seeking a detail-oriented Internal Control Officer to strengthen our internal processes, ensure compliance, and support operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Conduct routine audits across departments and project sites. - Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions. - Perform risk assessments and support risk mitigation initiatives. - Investigate irregularities and prepare timely audit reports. - Support process improvement and promote a culture of accountability. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with 2–5 years’ experience in internal control or compliance (real estate experience is an advantage). - Strong analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills. - High integrity and attention to detail.
