Internal Compliance and Control Officer

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Compliance and Control Officer to join our compliance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring internal control systems, ensuring the organization adheres to all relevant regulations, operational standards, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements and company goals
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to internal policies, controls, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate and perform internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, operational processes, and policy compliance
• Maintain records of compliance activities, audits, and findings
• Provide training to employees on compliance and internal control procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) preferred
• 3–6 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, or a related field
• Experience in regulatory compliance, internal controls, or auditing
