About the Role

The Redeemed Evangelical Mission (TREM) is seeking a qualified Internal Auditor to strengthen our financial governance and internal control framework. In this position, you will play a critical role in safeguarding organizational assets and ensuring compliance with established financial policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal control systems relevant to business operations
• Manage accounting systems to ensure efficiency and protective value
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records
• Prepare timely weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports
• Ensure organization-wide compliance with established financial policies and procedures
• Identify and propose modifications to policies in line with operational realities
• Generate required reports and make recommendations for continuous improvement of internal control systems

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting
• Minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience
• At least 5 years of experience in audit and risk management
• Professional qualification: ACA, ACCA, or ACAM
