About the Role

Roston Hotels is seeking a qualified Internal Auditor to join our team in Lagos. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on internal audit assignments across our hotel operations and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on internal audit assignments across hotel operations and financial systems
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for process improvement and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with management to strengthen accountability and transparency across departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, or CIA) is a strong advantage
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in hospitality or service industry
• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
• Proven ability to work independently with integrity and sound judgment
