## Title: Internal Auditor – Hospitality
Role Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Internal Auditor to oversee and evaluate the financial and operational systems within our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate must demonstrate solid auditing experience, deep knowledge of hotel procedures, and strong proficiency in hotel management software.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of financial transactions, operational procedures, and control systems
- Review and verify daily revenue reports, cash receipts, and accounting records
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations
- Identify process gaps, financial risks, and opportunities for efficiency improvement
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management
- Collaborate with department heads to strengthen financial integrity and accountability
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Internal Auditor within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel accounting and management software (e.g., Opera PMS, Micros, Sage, or similar systems)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, or CIA) is an added advantage
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
