Internal Auditor

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Role Description - This is a full-time on-site Internal Auditor role located in Lagos. We are seeking a detail-oriented and independent Internal Auditor to strengthen our internal controls, ensure compliance with company policies, and support operational efficiency across our business units. Required Qualifications: - Review and evaluate internal controls, processes, and procedures across departments - Conduct routine and ad-hoc audits (financial, operational, and compliance) - Identify risks, control gaps, and areas for process improvement - Prepare clear audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective actions - Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices - Follow up on audit recommendations and track implementation - Support management with risk assessment and control advisory Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field - Proven experience as an Internal Auditor or similar role - Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit standards, and risk management - Excellent analytical, reporting, and documentation skills - High level of integrity, objectivity, and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit tools - Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CIA, etc.) is an added advantage
