Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lagos Mainland. The Internal Audit Supervisor will lead audit initiatives and ensure organizational compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of financial statements and prepare detailed audit reports
• Analyze financial and operational processes to identify risks and control gaps
• Recommend process improvements and enhanced control measures
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory policies
• Collaborate with other departments on audit findings and recommendations
• Manage audit assignments and monitor implementation of corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of financial statements with proven ability to prepare and analyze them accurately
• Experience preparing and reviewing comprehensive audit reports
• Proficiency in accounting and finance principles
• Highly developed analytical skills to identify risks and suggest improvements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIA
