Position Overview: Qualified and Suitable Candidates will provide independent, objective assurance, develop and implement internal control measures that add value and improve the organization operations.  Key Responsibilities: - Internal Controls & Risk Management - Audit Execution - Fraud Prevention & Investigation - Reporting & Recommendations - Continuous Improvement Skills: /REQUIREMENTS - Strong knowledge of internal audit standards and risk management frameworks. - Sound understanding of manufacturing operations (procurement, production, inventory control, sales). - Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - High level of integrity and objectivity. - Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and audit software. - Excellent report writing and presentation skills. Required Qualifications: - HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance. Professional certification (CIA, ACA, ACCA) would be an added advantage. - 5 years and above of internal audit experience, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment. - High mental effort for audit planning, risk assessment, and report preparation. - Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. - Frequent interaction with different departments to gather data and verify records.
