Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical care and patient counseling within a clinical pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing medications accurately under supervision
• Counsel patients on proper medication use, side effects, and storage
• Support inventory management including stock checks, expiry tracking, and ordering
• Participate in clinical rounds and case discussions in hospital settings
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Help with prescription verification and drug interaction checks
• Stay updated on new drugs, guidelines, and pharmacy regulations

Requirements
