## Title: Operations & Facilities Intern
About the Internship
This internship program is designed to promote employability by providing meaningful work experience to recent graduates and university students in career transition. It is also an avenue to develop leadership competencies and promote the participation of women in decision-making roles in key development spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee household staff, including training, task assignment, and supervision of domestic staff
- Communicate office and facility changes to staff and relevant stakeholders
- Involve residents in decision-making regarding activities, lifestyle, and household matters that may affect them
- Manage household purchases and provide support for personal errands, including shopping for food, supplies, and other requested items (with supervisor approval)
- Perform data gathering: research, understand, and collect scientific data from eHA data sources and external sources
- Conduct data entry into inventory management and data management systems
- Communicate findings and facilitate knowledge dissemination and exchange among stakeholders
- Produce written reports and white papers sharing knowledge and analysis results
- Accurately update data in computer and manual recording systems
- Assign and monitor completion of daily chores and housekeeping duties
- Supervise cleaning staff to ensure residence cleanliness while maintaining a hospitable, safe, and pleasant living environment
- Initiate, assist with, report on, and monitor planned initiatives and regular meetings
- Facilitate knowledge exchange across various parties
