About the Internship

It also serves as a platform to develop leadership competencies and advance the participation of women in decision-making roles within key development spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Support lead generation and forecasting of RFPs/RFAs through desk research utilizing internal tools and processes
• Facilitate and coordinate bid proposal meetings, including review calls, design calls, and daily standup check-in calls from bid identification to submission
• Promote collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence and compliance with bid development tools, processes, procedures, and systems
• Assist in developing proposal templates aligned with donor and funding agency requirements
• Refine standard proposal contents to create boilerplates for multiple submissions
• Conduct desk research and draft presentations for targeted executive and program external stakeholder engagements
• Maintain accurate and timely updates to the business development contact database with details from strategic and consortium engagements
• Track and document proposal LOE (Level of Effort) analysis for active submissions
• Support regular monthly and quarterly analysis and reporting
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
