Interior Architect

You'll design and deliver innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Design and Planning -  Develop design concepts and plans for interior spaces -  Create detailed drawings, specifications, and models -  Research and recommend materials, finishes, and products Project Management -  Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders -  Conduct site visits and inspections -  Manage project timelines and budgets Compliance and Quality Control -  Ensure compliance with regulations and standards -  Conduct quality checks and inspections Requirements: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Architecture/Design - 2-5 years of experience (or entry-level with strong portfolio) - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite - Strong design and visualization skills - Excellent communication and project management skills Skills: - Space planning and layout design - Material and finish selection - Lighting and furniture design - 3D modeling and rendering - Budgeting and project scheduling
