Job Description - Oversee daily food production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules - Monitor and manage kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to maintain high standards of food preparation - Ensure proper use of kitchen equipment and maintenance of a clean and organized workspace - Conduct thorough testing and refinement of recipes to ensure product consistency and quality - Implement and enforce strict food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with industry regulations. - Conduct regular quality checks of raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet company standards - Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring timely procurement and minimal wastage - Prepare and manage the kitchen budget, tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed. - Stay updated on industry trends and culinary techniques, incorporating new ideas into the production process Check how your CV aligns with this job
