Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the financial services or insurance sector
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with focus on revenue growth and profitability
  • Proficiency in CRM software for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and forecasting revenue
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Professional certification in insurance (CIIN preferred)
