An established company is recruiting for the following position. - An Insurance Branch Manager drives sales growth, oversees daily operations, and ensures regulatory compliance while managing staff performance. Key responsibilities include hitting sales targets, training employees, managing budgets, and providing high-quality customer service. This role typically requires 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields. Key Responsibilities: - Sales & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed branch sales targets and grow the client base. - Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff; ensure agents achieve their performance goals and receive commissions. - Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including client record maintenance, premium payments, and policy renewals. - Compliance & Risk: Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies to minimize risk and maintain low loss ratios. - Customer Service: Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering local relationships. - Financial Oversight: Manage the branch budget, control expenses, and monitor financial performance metrics.
