Job Summary - The Installer will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of air-conditioning systems.  - The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities - Install, service, and maintain air-conditioning and HVAC systems - Conduct site assessments prior to installations - Perform system testing, vacuuming, gas charging, and commissioning - Diagnose faults and carry out repairs effectively - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards - Maintain tools and installation equipment - Provide basic usage guidance to clients when required - Complete job reports and service documentation. Qualifications & Experience - Minimum of OND / Technical Certificate - 2–4 years relevant installation experience - Proven experience in HVAC/AC installation and maintenance - Ability to read basic technical drawings and manuals. Skills & Competencies: - Strong technical and troubleshooting skills - Knowledge of copper piping, electrical connections, and refrigerants - Attention to detail and safety consciousness - Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision - Good communication skills - Physically fit for fieldwork.
